SupportAbility is an Alberta-based supportive care and consulting organization dedicated to helping individuals, families, and communities navigate complex health, disability, and life challenges.
Founded by Holly Payne in 2018, with over 15 years of experience across the disability, senior care, mental health, justice, and community service sectors; Holly saw firsthand how rigid service models often fail individuals with complex or intersecting needs.
SupportAbility was built to support individuals and families navigating aging, disability, mental health challenges, addiction, housing instability, and justice system involvement, while also assisting organizations and government partners with consultation and investigative services.

Our mission is to provide personalized, goal-oriented, and outcome-focused supports that empower individuals and families to live healthier, safer, and more connected lives.
We are committed to:

We provide flexible, person-centred services that promote safety, dignity, independence, and meaningful connection—particularly for individuals who are often underserved or difficult to support within traditional systems.
We believe that everyone deserves access to care and supports that are responsive, respectful, and tailored to their unique circumstances.
SupportAbility continues to grow with a strong commitment to ethical practice, accountability, and meaningful outcomes for the people and communities it serves.
